The hotel offers lovely and spacious rooms with a balcony, fluffy bedding, and luxury bathrobes. However, my room was very small and located right next to the elevator, making it noisy. The management did not address these issues properly. The restaurant was overpriced, with a $14 charge for oatmeal.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its top-notch service, friendly staff, and excellent location. However, the dining experience had room for improvement with a limited breakfast menu. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall great experience.
The hotel provided an ordinary stay at a premium price. The rooms were clean and elegantly appointed, but the overall impression was not as impressive. The service was attentive and accommodating, although it felt at times a bit stretched. The location was comfortable with access to shuttle services but faced minor inconveniences due to ongoing road work. The dining options were good but somewhat minimal, and the facilities were satisfactory.
